Sometimes I am drawn up short at how those little people who taught us how to be parents are now such grown ups.
Today, The Farmer (who it seems like only yesterday was crying over his Thomas the Tank Engine trainset running out of batteries) with nary a sideways glance nor breaking a sweat, reversed Camp Union Homestead up the driveway of the new Homestead. This relocation will allow us the opportunity give the caravan the spruce up it deserves after six weeks of active service before returning it to the wonderful Cat Burglars with huge thanks and lots of love.
We have no idea how The Farmer acquired the precious gift of backwards locomotion; We are simply very thankful he is on our team.
Please pass on my congratulations. I remember trying to do that decades ago and having to pass the steering wheel to my sister!
It is something highly prized
How clever he is! I am incapable of towing anything while driving forwards let alone while reversing!
