It’s baking day.
Shirley thinks her not being allowed in the kitchen for the duration is, quite frankly, ridiculous. Especially when she is so good at cleaning up and, lets face it, the cook is pretty clumsy.
“She thinks shes the boss, but look at where my feet are.”
Poor Shirley! She’s just trying to do her dog-duty.
Shhh…. don’t tell anyone, but I let her in to “clean up” the floor once all the baking was stowed away which is the kind of behaviour that, prior to us sharing our life with dogs, I would have labeled “disgusting”.
Those feet are pushing the limit.
I’d go so far as to say she’s overstepped the mark 😊
