The goats needed some feed intervention, their cupboard being bare.

So a plan was hatched to relocate them to the pig pen where the weeds, incidentally their favourite snack, grow tall.

Happy goats.
Not so happy Goat Herd, though.

I’m still not quite sure how I ended up on the ground (Marilyn is pleading the fifth) but at least we’re au fait with the whole RICE procedure.

Lets hope this enforced sitting around is fleeting.

Oh hope you are not too badly hurt!
I don’t think it’s too bad but it is very, very irritating.
That was annoying but the RICE is good so I hope that you can stick to it for as long as necessary. And I hope that that is not too long.
I’m working hard at being sensible which is quite the trial for me but I don’t want to be stuck like this for too long so Im committed😊
Good luck.
Knee or ankle? Either way, RICE is the answer, as challenging as it can be when outside is calling. Hope you recover soon, and that you find the stamina to stay put.
Thigh this time. It’s way less problematic than the knee and Im trying very hard to rest it…but Ive found if I walk like the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz it barely twinges 😊
Walking like the Tin Man gets you around, but it might be a bit of “robbing Peter to pay Paul” – mind you don’t put your hip out of whack. Everything is connected. It’s one thing to keep walking with a broken toe because there are 4 other toes helping to do the job, but with legs, there’s only two….
I hear you and am trying very hard to be sensible
