This week’s Sage, Farm Girl, kept the words simple
but pushed the boat out when it came to the comestibles.
Anything containing an assortment of cheese and cured meat, all wrapped in flaky pastry is not going to grace the Homestead table for long.
A brisk walk worked off the calories and a little simple fun was indulged in.
Life is good.

That looks delicious! I was a great tree climber in my youth and even broke my nose in a fall once!
Farm Girl is still finding her tree-climbing feet but she was pretty pleased with today’s effort. That must have been quite a tumble to break your nose!
I love to watch Alaska The Last Frontier, and believe those words are so true! Good choice, Farm Girl.
So true! That flaky pastry looks utterly delicious.
Go Farm Girl! What is the name of the tempting dish?
She’s not sure it has a name – it was a mixup of three different ideas she’d spied on pinterest adjusted to suit our pantry, tastes and budget 🙂
Well done, Farm Girl! Great quote and delicious-looking food! I was never any good at tree climbing though I kept on trying 🙂
Exactly what she needed to hear. Thanks Clare 🙂
