And Just Like That…

there’s another week almost done and dusted with no real evidence to share.

It was a week of just getting on with it

the garden bunting slowly grows in length but is a long way off the requested 60 metres

with a bit of melancholy thrown in

Walking the walk means not just making the decision to have Pete from Malvern Homekill visit; it also means separating from the flock, penning them up and saying goodbye and then, when it’s all over, deciding the best, most respectful, and earth-friendly way to utilise the pelts. This time they’re helping the walnut leaves break down

and a reminder that compensation for your early-rising appointment choices is always available

You just need to open your curtains

    • Its very complicated and rather nonsensical. For The Farmer’s 5th birthday we were rather strapped for cash so the mandatory birthday party was quite the homespyn affair at a time when extravagance was the name of the game.. The 30 m of hurriedly sewn bunting took on mythical status and 25 years later they’ve managed to convince me to double it. Intended use; decoration, hiding the ugly powercord to the sleepout, and maybe detering the birds from the fruit trees ….
