The sun is shining and Homestead’s alive to it.
From opera in the chicken coop to what I am informed is black/speed metal (but if this is on your playlist and you disagree I’m open to enlightenment) in the goat paddock.

Possibly predictably, the sheep evoke Bach while the real-deal-farmer across the road gives off more of a country vibe

and the glasshouse resounds to the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. And, yep, that’s the Bee Gees.- kind of – in the herb garden.

But loudest of all is a Sherman/Kostal classic in honour of this little Homestead beauty

Yep, that’s a brand new Warrant of Fitness she’s sporting; fairly earned and recently affixed by Macca et al at Darfield Automotive.
Altogether now: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, we love you!

Wonderful analogies. So fun to read. Yay for the Nissan!
So pleased with the Ute getting its WoF. Our mechanic described it as, “A good little motorised trailer” which is exactly what we use it for…and its way easier to reverse than a trailer😊 Glad you liked the analogies, I only wish Paul the rooster had crowed while I had my camera trained on him.
It is always a good moment when the Warrant of Fitness ( we call it the MOT) comes through.
This time it required some help to get it through but it is so worth it
