Happy 2026!
It’s raining here today – this is not the New Year’s Day we signed up for.
Definitely not great for getting the haying done, that’s a waiting game, but very good for initiating new practises.
So with a quaking in my soul and my mended reading glasses on the end of my nose, I take another technophobic step in the world of social media; Instagram.
To borrow from a Homestead Hero:

Enjoy your adventures with Instagram! My most recent foray into the brave new world of technology was to upgrade my mobile ‘phone from an entry level Nokia to a refurbished second hand Iphone 12. It was like going from a pedal car to an EV – Tesla. I am still learning to drive the thing.
I’m not surprised; that’s a big jump! Good luck with working it all out. My phone still has a great deal of uncharted territory 😊
I hope that you don’t desert WP as I don’t visit Instagram on the grounds that I may not have many years left to spend on this earth. Not spending them on Instagram seems like a good idea. 🙂
I will definitely be staying with WP; it’s the only type of social media I almost understand
