It’s Farm Girl’s penultimate week as an in-class secondary school student and thus Spirit Week for the Year 13s. It’s something shes been looking forward to since witnessing her first one way back when.
Todays theme: A Character.

Legolas is having a bit of a bad hair day but he’s still there, pledging his bow and doing his bit to get the ring to Mordor.
Us Hobbits not important enough for the adventure keep themselves busy back at the Shire Homestead. Things are exciting here, too, you know. Just ask the sheep

“Finally, she opened the pig pen gate,” bleat the flock, sprinting from the now empty paddock to do their bit to control the spring growth, “It’s a tough job but someone’s go to do it!”
That’s the spirit!

That’s the spirit is right! A great-looking Legolas.
It’s a costume that has been knocking about the Homestead for a long time. The Farmer was a massive Lord of the Rings fan.
Legolas is a good choice. Any chance of one of your goats coming over to mow my lawns while my elbow is crocked?
I dont know how popular I’d be. Your garden is one big dream all-you-can-eat goat buffet and I fear the grass would be ignored 😁
I bet you’re wondering where the years went??? From child to young adult.
It all went so fast!!
