Chipping Away

The shelterbelt tidy up is a work in levels. Number one, top priority is the road frontage. That happened as I slept away my demons over the weekend so it’s only fair I take on the inside clean up.

While the dogs played in the paddock, I took my first bite at it. Two fence posts down, nine to go.

  1. Chipping away is the right phrase 😀. My eldest married I to a family that includes a tree service guy among the siblings…it all gets done for us, and we know EXACTLY how fortunate we are!

    • It’s a Cypress (cupressus) shelterbelt so not really that appealing to the menagerie but, as we have room, we use it to level up dips in the paddock. The sheep love playing “king of the castle” on it helping it to break down faster, too.
