We’ve had a busy weekend; some form of reward was required. Where we would usually head to one of the collection of excellent Take Away establishments available locally, we’re on the final straight of amassing holiday savings so the request went out:
Homestead Burgers please!
Homestead grown lamb patties, pantry raided for bread and butter pickles and sauce, eggs fresh from the chook house and chunky, hand cut paprika chilli wedges.
I now need to sit really still and quietly digest for a while.
