Both the Homestead and the Urban Campus have, since we took ownership, had empty sections adjacent. Weirdly, within the last twelve months, both have been sold and both sets of new folk have big plans.
As far as we’re concerned, this is good news. Our Homestead neighbours are very much on the same page as us and are moving slowly but surely while, in town, things are going at a fair clip which suits us; urban empty lots attract all manner of odd.
While there’s been a few contentious goings on with the town neighbours, for the most we’re happy to let them go about their business
With us watching developments from afar.
Imagining three months down the track when we have nine townhouses worth of new neighbours to smile at over the fence.
It’s nice to be part of a crowd; it’s also nice to be able to stretch out.
