Morning Tea (actually coffee) time again.

It’s difficult to say which of us, the dogs or I, enjoy it more.
Yesterday, a dogwalker told me they should be on a lead; I think their barking-whirlwind surprised her and her go-to response was anger.
I apologised; sometimes it’s easier

and went back to my happy place: Morning tea in the paddock

A soft word turneth aside wrath.
I’ve never heard those words before; I’ve found them to be very true.
The proper form is: “A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger” , a verse from Proverbs 15:1 in the King James Version of the Bible
And very true they are, too 😊 So often the soft answer is mistaken for weakness
That is true.
