It’s been on the list for a while; today we ticked it off.

It has been a long, sometimes scary (like anything requiring the chainsaw), job getting all the foliage and branches clear of the back fencing. One of those jobs we kept putting off; “It’ll be okay until next year.”

But, hooray! We did it!

And that Tree Lucerne (Tagasaste) is pretty dang tasty, too!

My grandparents had a tree lucerne in their front yard. I don’t see them very often. Is that a eucalypt getting a trim?
Tree lucerne is great; excellent feed for the stock , grows fast and the bees love it. Yes, that a eucalypt. One of its branches decided to lean on the fence.
Good work.
Thanks. We procrastinated for far too long but the fence was, thankfully, forgiving
