Bite Sized Post #2 – Looking Forward

It doesn’t seem too long ago that Farm Girl was jumping back into formal schooling, with uniform donned and backpack laden (14kg at last weigh-in).

Now shes preparing for that next leap. Visits have been made, options weighed, and aspirations ascertained: it’s going to be Civil Engineering and shes studying at the University of Canterbury.Β

We are so very proud.

Today the two of us met with the Student Accessibility Advisor working out levelling the playing field with regards to her visual impairment. It was all very reassuring.

Then we ambled back to the car through the gorgeous grounds…

dreaming big dreams.

  1. Gorgeous spring blossoms – yay! Castlemaine and district is currently bedecked in pink and white. Winter was so cold this year the flowering has been delayed including the wattles and wild flowers. Good luck to Farm Girl with her engineering studies with the encouragement of the other engineer in the family.
