At the end of the day, it all comes down to geography; it’s an idea I’ve been mulling for a while now.
Language, beliefs, culture: your address plays a huge part in determining these and, viewed through that lens, it goes to follow that just because it’s your normal or usual doesn’t mean it’s the best. It’s just what brings you joy or comfort or safety.
Today we searched out the Homestead Christmas playlist on Spotify, dug out the themed T Shirts and even wore Santa hats until we all overheated, and decorated the tree. Christmas is a big deal on the Homestead.

So, whatever your address, language, beliefs, culture, I send you happy, peaceful, all inclusive, do-what-makes-your-soul-sing wishes. Let’s just be nice and understanding because, really,

it very simply all comes down to geography.

I must say that I am a great supporter of Christmas as long as we don’t have to do anything or think about anything before the 20th December.
Im all for everyone being free to do stuff the way they feel best…as long as it doesn’t frighten the horses as the saying goes
May all our souls sing!
I second that!
