Great quote – it will stick with me all day. The muffins look scrumptious – and very timely, since we are in rhubarb season right now, pulling enough for stewed rhubarb or rhubarb crisp or rhubarb upside down cake or rhubarb muffins (mine don’t look nearly as delicious as yours!).
